The “Holding” Organizes a Workshop for the Application of “Canvas” in Planning the Business Model of Projects

Salem Balhamer Holding Group organized an internal workshop targeting all administrative leaders in the group to apply the “CANVAS” model in planning the business model of projects.

The two-day workshop was presented by Dr. Abdulbaset Al-Sufiani, the group’s strategic planning advisor, and we can define this chart as a visual, schematic method that can be used during the project planning phase in order to avoid errors as much as possible.

The scheme is divided into nine main components, which are the proposed values, customer segments, distribution channels, relationship with customers, revenue sources, basic resources and activities, cost structure, core partners. The fundamental difference that the Canvas chart plays is the search for a planned business model, as it facilitates the process of searching for the appropriate profitable model for companies.
