Sheikh Salem Ahmed Balhamer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Salem Balhamer Holding Group, opens the first real estate exhibition, “The ICON Show”, which was held in Dammam under the auspices of the Egyptian Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, in the presence of prominent personalities from the Egyptian side.
During the opening ceremony, Sheikh Salem Balhamer stressed the importance of the Egyptian-Saudi relations, and pointed out that the change that occurred in Egypt during the past five years encourages any investor to invest in it. As for the Saudi investor, he knows the value of Egypt very well as there is a strong relationship between Saudi and Egypt for many years. This is clear in the volume of Saudi’s investments in Egypt. As a result of the mutual trust between the two countries, stressing that the new changes and the rapid pace of completing procedures, whether in owning a unit or searching for an investment opportunity, have become more attractive than before.
He mentioned that Salem Belhamer Holding Group plans during the current year to expand investment in Egypt with multiple projects, which will be announced in the near future.
